And... once again this Milkshake is fantastic. They are on a roll lately!

I'd like to see them release the shakes every so often, instead of every other week. They were better (IMO) when they first began doing them (Although there are current ones I loved) I'd like when they expand equally into the Saison's - They do a really nice job and offer something unique in a world of Juice Bomb IPA's

If you have seen pictures on their Instagram, they have a lot of barrels and fouders currently, I am hoping that means more bottles in the near future. Their saisons are so good and don't get nearly the hype they deserve.

Agreed, Shambolic was amazing.....so tart and good and I've always loved Saison Hands. I have a bottle of Heavy Gem Virga and Ourison too to try, heard both are awesome.

Shambolic is one of the best beers they make. They seem to have made it available semi-regularly, and hopefully once the Dispensary really starts crankin' them out, it will be on the shelf at all times.

My actual #dreambeer would be if they would can the old, stainless version of SaisonHands from before they had to rename it. That would be a nice addition to the General Store.

I actually don't like Tired Hands' saisons very much. I do really enjoy their non-shakes generally though. I'd have Oblivex cans on hand at all times if I could.

A constant rotation of fruited TH saisons would complete my life.

The old FarmHands didn't have bugs in it to my knowledge? Didn't taste like it at least, but I guess they could have been throwing some Brett in there or something.

I think since they have started putting all of their saisons into wood for a period of time they have picked up some bugs and isn't a clean fermentation. I had a stainless version at the cafe at last years cafe anniversary and it was a shell of the current saison Hands.

Also I had a bottle of clourison and it was very good, looks like some people got some flat bottles, guess I got lucky

I'm sure this has been answered hundreds of times, but as somebody in town and visiting tomorrow which location should I visit? Just looking to have lunch and enjoy some beers. Does either tend to have a better draft list?

Unless you have time constraints, the answer is both. They are only 3 blocks apart.

Cafe has more one off and experimental beers, Fermentaria has a more traditional draft list. But they are a short walk apart and if you can swing it, go to both.

Thanks guys. Any opinion on which has better food?

it's not so much better as what are you seeking food wise.. cafe is more "cafe" based... meat/cheese/panni's

ferm has burgers/taco's/other sandwiches/more "pub" familiar options with that Tired Hands twist... i'd suggest starting at the cafe.. get 4 oz pours of all but hop/saison hands... also order of bread/butter and an order of candied bacon.. then head to the ferm.. continue the 4oz pour option and order a full meal type item.. burger etc... then after you've had a lot of beers.. pick if you want a growler and fill up!
