Worth going to Naja's on Wednesday night for the IPA Festival kickoff? Or better to just pick a different day? Figure with Monkish bringing haze, the bros may be out in full force on Wednesday.

It's always nice to hit up Naja's. Even better during IPA Fest. I wouldnt bout those hazeBros. They want those cans for trade.

In years past, they had different themes on different days so you may want to try and get more info. I recall there being a Pizza Port day where PP had at least a half dozen IPAs on tap.

Also if they're doing glassware again, I know it tends to run out a couple days in.

    Cheers!

Good to know! Haven't made it over to the IPA Festival since I moved down to Redondo in 2015, so appreciate the extra info there.

You'd be surprised. Swung by Naja's a few Saturdays ago and might as well have been a 5 a.m. line at Monkish. Only thing missing was BT verts.

I can see everything has been covered in great detail.

If you have a car and are into ticking off breweries, you can check out El Segundo Brewing just south of LAX for some solid West Coast IPA offerings and Three Weavers which is just north of LAX.

Allow me to be a grumpy old man and say I f'n hate Naja's. I've never had a good time there, it's always exactly like you described.

I think there are increasingly more bad times to go, unfortunately. I've definitely been there a few times where it's not TOO bad in terms of crowd, noise, etc.

That said, if I'm down that way already, I do usually end up just continuing to drive down PCH to Select Beer.

Tend to agree here - never any complaints on the tap list. Everything else, though...
