Good. One of my favorite sleeper breweries to hit multiple times because there's no line.

 

So Wicked Weed still gonna be there or nah?

 

There was a FB or IG post somewhere that asked that and they said yes, they're still invited. That was yesterday FWIW...

 

I mean, Lagunitas is still there also so...

 

And I mean firestone is still owned by a huge corporation

 

Yeah but we pretend that doesn't matter because they don't own them 100% and they're not AB.

The goal is to rotate breweries in and out to get a fresh group each year. It's difficult to tell our friends they have to sit a year out, but in order to make the lineup different, some do have to take a year off.

 

Hahaha, "a year". I believe this is year 3 Alesmith didn't get an invite. =P

 

I'm not able to say who gets invited and who doesn't, but I can say that we do invite breweries and some are unable to attend. We have to keep in mind that we're requesting a large amount of beer to be donated (which is a challenge for smaller breweries), as well as travel commitments, prior obligations, etc. We also are trying to bring in more breweries who are not located in California to give attendees the opportunity to try beers they usually would not.

 

If anybody is in need of a place to stay, send me a DM. Had some people back out.

 

FWIBF App has been updated for 2017...including the beer list.

 

Trillium should change their name to Trollium listing a sour and a porter...

 

I will be a little disappointed if I don't get to try some Trillium hops.

 

There's always a chance that they bring more but...don't get your hopes up.

 

The list is definitely incomplete. But that is to be expected. Last year the app listed 4 beers for Side Project, 6-7 different beers later I think they finally ran out. Basically I don't expect Side Project to feed festival goers AB Derivation all day.
