There's a parking garage next to Chase Bank that I usually park in. Today, however, I pulled into the garage behind a truck that stalled out and watched as they tried to push it and pop the clutch. Humorous and annoying at the same time.

Taproom opened around 10 and the line was moving pretty quickly. Good idea on their part.

Appervation is no joke.

 

I was looking over the draft lists on the website and it has Appervation at the Public House but not at brewery. It is on at the taproom too correct?

Insta comments indicate around 300 cases left as of a few mins ago. @beace noted that based on length of line and case count, it'll be gone in the next 2 hours.

If it's really selling that fast I'm shocked at the 24 bottle limit if you are allowed 12 at each location.

I knew that 12 bottle limit would be a mistake, but even I am surprised that it's going to disappear in four hours on a Wednesday. Bummer, especially when Brad starts talking about how it might be his favorite beer. Guess I will have to console myself with one of their "shelf "barrel aged beers

 

I think the 12 bottle limit is less of any issue than the implicit 24 bottle limit.

Read through the FB comments from the label announcement. Bunch of people in "razzle" groups talking, and one guy mentioned (with a pic) of one of the other guy's posts where he was selling konky dong for $75/4 pack. Ugh.

 

Wow, thanks beer hoarders anonymous, saves me a 6 hour roundtrip.

Even if there was beer left, would it really have been worth it?

I mean, you're mad, calling people out for alleged obsessive behavior, yet you're willing to drive 3 hours one way for some barrel aged stout, which is an exceedingly common style these days anyway.
