    I mean, the problem is that only big beer nerds really know who TG is right now and the nerds are not going to buy beer that is a few months old (for better or for worse). They're banking on a ton of people to walk in and randomly decide to try a brewery they've probably never heard of and know nothing about.

    Besides the cheese castle, could anyone help with the best place for bombers that would be closest to the Wisconsin border? Thinking of making a road trip to try to get a case of DDH Sue among others. Thanks in Advance!!

    Tenuta's is not far from cheese castle. Might be slim pickings at this point for ddh sue. Better to ask in the SE Wisconsin thread.

    Tenuta's is light years better than Mars for beer shopping. Some awesome Italian deli options too.

    I know King Sue dropped in MKE so if you're lucky and drive a little further, you might be able to get some.

    I would stay away from the cheese castle at all costs. That place is a rip-off. But I appreciate all of the suggestions!

    Good to hear fresh stuff is here, but it being "still Florida" is not surprising. It will remain Florida until the new brewery is finished sometime late this year.

    I know the cool thing to do is to crap on TG but I tried some of the new batch of PS and thought it was great. Pretty close to what I've had in Decorah.

    I didn't think the 5/1 was near as good as what Decorah Sue used to be. Looking forward to tomorrow though: some friends coming over and we're doing Sue, DDH Sue, and King. Tour de Sue!
