I've set my account to block any 4 packs priced over $20. My BA experience is better for it. #ifBeerHatesAstronautsandIlikebeerthenIguessIhateastronautstoo

Really, I'm trying to get to the bar to get a crowler filled. Corridor, where is the dedicated to go window?:grinning:

Really didn't mean it as that. Had edited it to ask what he liked so much about it but seems it didn't post

There has been $20 4 packs??

I could see mikerphone maybe charging this if they move to can format.

Ok cool. I've had 4 different tree house beers, half dozen different trillium and most of the Chicago releases. I liked cuz it tasted like a beer version of Hawaiian Punch. Most fruit forward ne ipa I've had. Still prefer NvU over all of it though

That's why I didn't like it. The fruit flavor was way too strong and I'm not a fan of that Hawaiian Punch drink in the first place. The aroma was amazing and I enjoyed the first quarter of the glass but then I could barely drink the last 75% of it.

On a side note - picked up the transient 18th Street collab and it is so much better than that Corridor stuff. Similar to Exsqueeze Me but with different hops.

I really enjoyed Reign, but definitely totally saw why other people wouldn't. It's a fun one, but weird.

I couldn't get over to Corridor tonight and leave on plane tomorrow night, but may have to get over there for lunch tomorrow to check out the new beers. I'm actually intrigued by the differing opinions on Reign.

How is the new Corridor beer?

I had Reign in Punch-Van Hazen-Super Duper in a row. Van Hazen was clearly the best of the 3. RinP was better than I expected based on the reviews. I think Van Hazen is slightly less than Squeeze It (could be the abv only) but it might otherwise me Corridor's best beer yet

Agreed. VH wasn't as good as squeezit, but way better than salute.

@BJP or anyone here that can answer me this..Can't remember if I read this anywhere but is Stay Lit and/or the newest batch of Snoochie Boochies available for growler fills starting tomorrow (Thursday)? Thanks for the help.

I'd assume snoochie is available but not stay lit. I think they kept enough for the event tomorrow.

When I got to Corridor yesterday it was packed and both Mikerphone beers were already gone and I think it was around 6:30ish and people were getting crowlers of Van Hazen by the arm full.
I thought Reign in Punch was great. Thought Van Hazen is also great and slightly better, but I kept alternating between the two through the evening. Ordered two crowlers of Van Hazen to go, and when I got home and took them out of the bag I found out I had one crowler of Reign in Punch and one crowler of Van Hazen. And I feel good about that. But yea, I recommend both of them, both are awesome. I didn't get the harsh vibe from Reign in Punch that people were talking about earlier. Maybe it's mellowed some?

Snoochie will be available by the growler today.
Stay Lit is a 1/2bbl...So no growlers of that today.

We're trying to schedule the brewday for Stay Lit at 3F in a couple weeks. So more is on the way.

How many have you had? I had RiP last night and while good, doesn't compare to the TH or Trillium I've had.

I was mostly kidding around, I assumed you weren't trying to dig that hard.

Can't say that on this thread, man!!!

Kidding, I actually love seeing this perspective.
He mentioned this in the post I quoted. Don't get me wrong, RiP isn't my favorite NE style beer, but it's a lot more unique (at least to my palate) than the majority, mainly because I got that Hawaiian Punch taste from it that Mini did.

They need to do a better job on this. I was there on Saturday and ordered a crowler of RIP. The guy next to me had ordered 3, and the bar tender did up our crowlers at the same time. He put my one in a bag, the other guy's 3 in a bag, and we left. When I got home I had the wheat beer they had called Raised on Promises, which was seriously terrible, and more importantly not the beer I ordered. I should have checked, but I was in a hurry. The whole situation was mildly frustrating.

I stopped by yesterday and got Van Hazen, which I thought was a really good APA. I've learned I just like the higher ABV versions in NE Style more - but the flip side is beers like this are super-crushable.
