    The most recent x-hops pink was incredible. One of my all time favorite TG beers. I've got high hopes for this one!

    FML...just when I was doing so well with not buying any beer. I knew Beer Hates Astronauts was coming, but this is something unexpected. It'll probably be so crazy to get this anyway that I'll miss out.

    ^This! Recently completed a trade that included 2 bottles of X-hops Pink. Was my first time trying an X-hops, but holy shit was Pink a good beer. Opening the other with some friends this weekend. I'm very excited to hopefully start getting bombers in IL regularly, or whatever their version of regularly is.

    Honestly, at this point there are so many good options coming out week after week (well...if you like NE IPAs, at least :wink:) that I've decided to switch my philosophy from "MUST HUNT BEER 'X'" to "well...whatever I run into, I'll buy." I'm super excited to start getting TG bombers in the city, but we're also so stocked on good options atm that I can wait if I have to.

    (although, check back with me if DDH Sue comes into town)

    The X-hops series has always really impressed me, haven't had it in a while though, excited to give it a try.

    Very true, and that has made cutting back much easier. I figure if I miss this round of something from Corridor, Forbidden Root, etc., either the same thing will pop up again or something different (and perhaps better) will be around when my budget is ready.

    I got PS at the Marion's on Chicago/Damen dated 5/15. I have yet to try the Iowa stuff, but for $9.99/6 pack this is worth picking up.

    XHops Teal is just "fine". If you're expecting a Pink/Gold/Silver, you'll be sorely disappointed. Probably worth picking up one to try though.

    It was fine. Big grapefruit flavor to me but also with grapefruit levels of bitterness to my tongue
