MN Omnibus Bill Fails

So all we need now is a Minnesota brewery to test the waters on this...preferably one with deep enough pockets to weather the legal challenges in case someone with the state interprets the law differently then our esteemed colleague @bergbrew does.

On an unrelated note, every time I see this thread title there's a small part of me that thinks maybe OMNI Brewing should launch a beer just called "Bus".

 

I would think it would be better to go the route of Oliphant rather than Surdyk's and piss the wrong people off and possibly hamper the chances.
