I can't remember exactly what was on it, but it was something like chiles, queso fresco, and an avocado spread. It was solid, will order again.

Indeed. Good quality, I think it was freshly ground.

I may have perhaps been a bit intoxicated by the time my food arrived, and I must refrain from answering this question as to not disappoint you with incorrect information as to the quality of spunkness.

 

I'm not quite as enthralled with the new burger. I'd much rather have the previous one back, I liked the cheese better. I should have ordered the 'dilla tonight! hahahaha

Yard Beer: This beer draws inspiration from plants surrounding our homes in Highland Park. The black lime's come from our friend Alex Brown’s yard. He takes fresh limes and brines them and then ferments them in the sun which turns them black and intensifies the flavor. The sour flowers are sourced from several yards around Highland Park and lend a nice lemony zip. We came up with a fairly simple saison recipe for the beer that leans toward citrus and zesty pepper. We then conditioned it for a short period with our house mixed culture (Brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus) which adds a bit of earthiness to the brightness of the lime citrus. 7.2% abv

double west coast release! stoked that bonkers is back! curious about the new beer too.

 

Bonkers is my least favorite IPA they make (still pretty good), so I am glad this is the one I will miss.
