From that list, The BottleHouse is a must.

Did Canis Mexicanus bottles sell out at the taproom?

Yes they did. We might still have some Cinnamon Toast floating around but if so a case or less. Only other special release bottle atm is Terre du Sauvage. We still have some of that and the tumbler glasses in house.

Thanks! Any batches of the double espresso version in the near future?

Surprised that it didn't sell out, for real.

Calling the new Sauvage glass a tumbler is selling it short.

It's more like exquisite crystalline allure; a timeless rendering of illustrious imbibement. Fit for divine sacrament and shower beers alike.

It's kinda like a Teku with no stem.

The Alchemist sells a similar glass and they call it an "Arome glass." No idea what that means, but it sounds pretty fancy.

Not precisely but it will definitely come back.

I think we sold the beer short by ramming it so late into beer week and not doing a proper release party for it. On the other hand, we bottled more of it than any other single run of a bomber to date. It's also meant to be our production sour, so I hope to have fresh bottles on the way every few months.

True, tumbler is just how it was described by the manufacturer. It is my new favorite glass though. My favorite feature is the thin lip and light weight.

The best one on that list is Bottle House by far! Personally, I would avoid Brim, Sibling Revelry, Cornerstone & Portside. Haven't been to Noble Beast yet so no idea on them. Also, Brew Gentlemen are amazing!

I saw that you have "Green" on the way. For those reading, the current version of the beer is "Gold". What is the difference between each color?

I bought two at the release and several more once I tasted it. Congrats on a great run with this one.

Each color is a different recipe with slightly different yeast blends. Green will hopefully be a little more Brett forward than acidic and also dry hopped. I have red in barrels too, which was a rye heavy grist and had Hefeweizen yeast in the culture we pitched. I am toying around with doing a blue as well that will use a lot of oats.

Cinci may have gotten it early then. I could have sworn it didn't land in Cleveland area yet but maybe I missed it.
