Growler Filling Policy: "Please feel free to fill as many growlers as you would like. In Pennsylvania, each transaction must be limited to 192 fluid ounces. This means that upon receipt, if you would like to purchase more than 192 fluid ounces of our beer, you must leave the premises and then return to pick up additional beer (and then repeat the cycle if you’d like any more beer!).

We will also be opening up for 64 oz growler fills on MOST ALL BEERS. There will, of course, continue to be a few beers that we will not do any growler fills of (one-off kegs, anniversary beers, etc.), but this should be a rare occurrence.

We will continue to fill our branded glassware only, as we are STILL exceedingly proud to put our name on our Strange & Beautiful beer. If this is a very big issue for you, we will be happy to let you “trade-in” any growler for one of ours. Sound good?"

    Growler fill Prices
    64 oz:
    $20.00
    32 oz: $10.50
    Glass: $5.00

(prices vary occasionally for higher gravity / limited quantity beers)

Man, when are the details for Saturday and Sunday coming? I'm starting to get anxious about it. Are they really gonna leave us waiting until Saturday morning or Fridat night?

Question about the anniversary event - in years past, was it continuously crowded/nuts to butts at the Ferm, or did it eventually die down a bit to the point where you can just walk in and order a drink?

A buddy and I am thinking of heading up around dinner time for drinks, but if there's still lines out the door, we may wind up skipping.

from what i recollect, last year, it being just a 1 day thing i think it was nutt to butt for a good long time.. they opened at 12, they let in as many as they could and i think a line of ~250-350 remained and were let in when people went out... so figure the initial people went in stayed 1-2 hrs.. if you were #300 in that line that had to wait you maybe didn't get inside the ferm till 3pm or later... I imagine if you show up at 7pm or later either day you'll be fine with getting in and getting a drink.. may not get a table or barrel etc but should be able to get in and get some suds..

that is all speculation though... sunday with the can release and then some sort of "rummage" sale of bottles at the general store at 3 pm i think will cause Sunday to be more attended I figure... think there is some chance of rain on sunday though or there was last time i looked.. idk... expect crowds/lines and then if there isn't any you win!

Is that Sunday can release and assorted bottle sale from last year or are you referencing some info that has been released? I'm not seeing it on Insta, FB, etc

I went around 9 pm last year and it was pretty dead. Most stuff was kicked but I still got one of the milkshakes!

The easy answer is probably not. But the truth is, with the opening of the General Store, nobody really knows what distribution will look like from here on out. The point of the General Store is to have beer on hand, as I've come to understand. Will that take affect immediately? I would imagine not, but who knows? Maybe they're properly stocked up to beermagedon status and they'll have cans of Hop Hands sitting in the fridge.

Either way, there will be growlers. Go for lunch and growlers and if there are cans you will be in the double bonus.

    Enjoy!

I think it's safe to say that they're canning their butts off to make sure they meet most of the demand. I applaud them for it even if I wish cans dropped Saturday.

The last few HopHands drops have been kinda low allotments. I think they were saving them for the General Store opening - that's why you see the fridge stocked in the photo they just posted.

Wondering how tonight's event will go. Will people ignore the bands and just stay in the beer lines until the best kegs are kicked? Apparently they billed it as an all-ages event even though its 21+...so there might be a few free tickets floating around very soon...
