Equilibrium Brewery

Anyone heard anything about cans? This would be a great weekend for them to drop...

 

I was there today and was told they were hoping to can this week so possibly next weekend?

 

Interesting, was thinking of stopping by today...

 

As excited as I am for these cans, can we talk about how wack those labels are?

 

Yeah...they definitely need work.

 

Get over the label design, you sounds shallow and foolish.

 

What's foolish about expecting more from a brewery that puts a ton of effort into their beer? If you can spend the time and money to pump out consistently great beers you can hire someone to make a great label. It looks amateur and reflects poorly on the brewery in my opinion.

 

That escalated quickly.

 

Putting aside any debates over artwork, one of the guys from Equilibrium who was at The Well's event today said they'll be releasing cans of photon and mc2 next weekend.

 

will probably skip the first release or two until it's not an absurd line for two beers that are already available in growlers every day

based on the social media response, the hype for these cans are massive -- geez. glad they're coming out, but damn -- gotta wait til the hype dies down.

 

Had Casey Passion fruit and Blackberry There and Back again yesterday at the well...and lemme tell you Casey passion fruit is just incredible.

 

Would have been a good social experiment to do the first release as bottles.

 

I'd wait in line for those Casey or TABA variants for sure. But for IPAs/pales they always have on all the time anyway I'll wait until it's like Kane, Rushing Duck, etc and I can walk in without hassle and grab some.

Something tells me people will be waiting many hours and it will sell out hours after. We shall see

I agree. Bad label art destroys the whole drinking experience IMHO
