Latest BA Yeti release is back up to 12.5% and fantastic. Yuge fan of the new small format bottles

Just a little follow-up here. Shared my BA Malice with a friend of mine a few weeks back. The consensus was that it was a top rate BA stout. I don't have a baseline to compare it to in terms of trying it fresh, but I'd be willing to wager that this beer hasn't fallen off much at all, if any. Cheers!

Wrong thread for this one, but think others mentioned it in here... Since IL is finally getting Odell now, was able to get a BA Mountain Standard recently. Looking forward to trying it soon.

Just a reminder that Great Divide offers a 20% discount for AHA members, and at least have bottles in the downtown tap room (not sure about the Barrel bar). It can be fairly significant for some of the higher price point beers like BA Yeti.

What small format bottles do you speak of?

4 Noses is dropping about 600 bottles of Rye Barrel Aged RIS this Saturday. It will be likely our last run of 750 mL bottles before changing format.

I just found a BA Malice in the back of my closet and said, "Oh, yeah. I wonder how that went?" Good to hear it's still doing well. Mine is in the fridge, I'll have to open it this weekend.
Just had the non-BA version the other week. That's a pretty solid Imp Stout. The aging definitely added more than just a bourbon flavor though. If memory serves the BA felt a bit more viscous and maybe a bit sweeter. But that's a 7 month old memory.

It's a barleywine, but if you still have an Ursula Olde Royale on the shelf, it's still drinking pretty darn good. But I'm glad I opened it when I did. The Crown Royal is fading, but exists just enough still.

Just had '15 BA 180 Gram. It held up pretty well. But a fresh '17 is better

Any word on a bottle release for Medianoche? It was tasting pretty damn good when it was last on tap a month or so ago. Seemed ready.

How come no one here prepared me for the greatness of Bourbon Barrel Aged Yeti? At a concert right now with this on tap and I almost past on it. That would have been a crime. This beer is fantastic...and I say this as someone who is not a huge Yeti fan.

Always fantastic, not counting the 2010 infected bottles.
I just opened my 750ml from the last batch and it was great. I haven't laid eyes yet on the 12oz bottles, but fully plan on buying some up
