Flink from T’IJ brewery. A pale ale with a relatively low percentage of alcohol but full of taste. One of my favorites at the moment.

Half of the yard work is done, Mrs is picking Jr up from guitar/coding classes, time to make some lunch and refresh myself.

I love Pink Floyd, but I'd swear Roger Waters has never sounded better than he does these days.

Happy Wednesday, all!

 

Kids are out of school for the summer, so it's time for fun! Today's excursion is to one of my favorite places on the planet, Greenfield Village!
Lunchtime: bratwurst baked potato and Old Liz, amber ale brewed with Michigan honey and maple syrup. Made by Mountain Town Brewing for The Henry Ford.

 

Running late in the morning at this time of year isn't fun. Drinking a beer afterward is. Damn it's good!

 

We had these around here in the supermarket some months ago. But it stopped all of a sudden, after only a month or so. Enjoy while you can. Who knows

Still waiting for Lagunitas to show up in the European malls by the way. Around here three of them are available from a Dutch 'craft beer' webshop that is owned by Heineken. And hat, indeed, sucks

Hello and happy Hump Day BA's! Been a couple June Gloom-y days in a row out west. Kind of seems like the weather is indicating some kind of End of Days event . Only time will tell. Anyhoo, I think it's time for a well overdue Glass of the Day Awards!

GotD: The Staff and I always enjoy giving out awards to first time recipients, but this one in particular came as a bit of a shock. Cheers and congrats for the very first time to @Shroud0fdoom for this "ribbed for his pleasure" chalice .

With all the heavy rain this morning, the corner of our "office" sprung a leak, again. Saw it as it was happening, so nothing got wet. But I have spent the day moving stuff, and finally unpacking some. Stay dry BAs!

Afternoon everyone, working from home today so I figured it was time to get started. First up a beer sent to me by @cjgiant from Aslin Beer The Implication. A DIPA with great tropical flavors a winner for sure!! Thanks Craig.

 

The first one tasted good, so I think I'll have another.



Just noticed my dog looks like she's about to take a slurp!

 

Just finished a three hour webinar for work that was boring as hell. But I was a good boy and didn't have a beer until it and the test at the end were done. My reward, Cheers!
