    Plenty of still shinin' as of 9pm last night and at least 2 cases of DDH simcoe.

    Cream get the honey tasted fine... nothing special (mosiac, honey, and oats).

    Yup plenty of cans when I stopped by last night. Didn't care for still shining at all on tap. Ddh Simcoe was actually a lot better than I expected and I preferred it to the galaxy one.

    DDH simcoe is consistently among their most underrated offerings!

    I thought they would be sold out of DDH Forever Simcoe by Tuesday. Even though it disappoints me in some way that it's underrated, I really have no problem with it lol

    It really is superb. Someone earlier mentioned the "catty" smell on the nose which is actually a feature of simcoe hops..in other words this is brewed with a ton of simcoe and brewed very well.

    The only rationale I can think of is that people still had cans of DDH Forever Simcoe when it was released a month ago, myself included. I just drank my last can from that release a couple of days ago.

    I never enjoyed Simcoe-centric beers but am on that DDH Forever Simcoe bandwagon from the last batch (didn't get any this time around).

    I generally don't like the pine tree character breweries get from Simcoe so I almost didn't order any. But it was tons of citrus compared to the overripe papaya I got from the Galaxy. I didn't love it enough to buy a $20 4 pack though. Glad I was able to make it out to the brewery during the one day I had available.

    Does anyone have any idea when they're opening the new tasting room? The bouncer said around July. I haven't heard much about this lately. Any intel?

    Out of town we question...would it be slammed tomorrow around 2pm? Just looking to drink on tap and not so much grab tomrrow's releases.

    Most likely. Plenty of people stick around after the release for fills and pints. The tap room is very small but they usually have the garage open too. I'd still recommend it though.

    Yep, simcoe and shining were at the bar when I left 10 minutes ago. At least a few cases of each. Not too crowded, though the garage was closed off for what appeared to be staff & friends, so tap room was beginning to fill up
