Here is his image. The beer appears similar to many other unfiltered beers I've had, including Two Hearted, Half Acre IPAs among others.

Thank you Jaycase. Never posted an image before and obviously f'ed it up. Honest question remains, how much different would this beer look if filtered? I believe I've had filtered beers less clear. Just trying to learn here.

Open a bottle of regular Enjoy By to compare?

It's honestly difficult to answer that question in isolation, as there are tons of factors that go into the final appearance of the beer at many different stages of the brewing process. From fining and centrifuging, to the malts and grains used, to how (and how quickly) the beer was cooled, to amounts of dissolved oxygen. I'm not familiar enough with Stone's practices and not familiar enough with all the tricks brewers are using to achieve the milky NE style to be much more help.

FWIW my multiple experiences is that from an appearance perspective the filtered and unfiltered versions look the same.

    Cheers!

Mine have been mixed and very batch dependent. First iteration/release was the cloudiest (not murky by any means) I've had thus far, and also the softest mouthfeel.

Very good. Even better than the last unfiltered version.

    Hope they can the OG.

Great job on this release and the addition of cans. My vote is unfiltered in cans as the default. The Tangerine variant could be the change up.
