    So... let's say someone brought you a case of fresh DIPAs that you can't fit in your fridge. (god bless my boston-based brother in law). I have an empty cabinet in my kitchen I was thinking of storing them in until space appears in the fridge, but would keeping them in the basement at room temperature be a better option?

    You should be fine on a Sunday. Also, they don't do flights, they have 4 oz pours that you can buy 2 at time.
