    I joined the FB page a few weeks ago....I have read a little on milk the funk....didn't realize there was more or as much info as there is on there.

    I've done kettle sours in the past, but no long-term sours.

    If you haven't already, check out the Milk The Funk wiki pages. TONS of information there. Lots of very experienced brewers here, as well, so asking questions and following threads is always a great idea. Good luck!
