I thought the first rule about Sand City can releases was that we're not supposed to talk about Sand City can releases

Shit, don't ban me to the outskirts to join the "WHAT'S NEXT ISO ISO FT: first born child" scene, per favor.

Edit: in other words, I forgot. I can be a real jackass sometimes.

Haha, you're still okay. You're not quite at that Jared Leto "I wanted to destroy something beautiful" part yet.

Find a local cab company and book them to pick you up from the train station at whatever time your train comes in and also book a return ride to the train with them for a set pick up time.

Then I definitely won't mention that Putting Out Fires is coming out sometime this weekend.

Also, really enjoying the taproom. People are super nice and the beer is fantastic. Love getting a flight and a pint.

That's all I got. They gave a couple of cans to a friend of the owner. We asked about buying a couple of 4-packs but were told they weren't gonna be released until sometime this weekend.

Had a few beers today, my favorite was probably Mofosaic.

Anyone want to speculate whether Even Mo Mofo lasts until Saturday?

Damn I still have yet to try Burning Down The House. Guess I won't this time around either! Leaving for Atlanta in 2 hours for the weekend.

Definitely? Usually when they run out of a can they announce it on twitter.

2 different cans, 4 4 pack limit on a Friday afternoon and they sold out that quick? If so, there is no hope.

They have 2 cases of Burning left so if you don't get there soon and it's cans you're looking for I wouldn't bother.

The tap list is as impressive as always. Got a 32oz fill of Even Mo so I'm pretty happy to get any.

Is it OK to talk about a Sand City can release after the fact?
This past Friday an SC can release finally coincided with a day I had off from work.
So I was finally able to get up to Northport to visit the brewery for the first time and attend my first ever can release...anywhere. :grimacing: Took less than 30 minutes from arrival to departure with a modest two 4-packs of Even Mo Mo and 1 of BDTH. Have had one EMM so far and it was damn impressive. Hopefully it won't be too long before I can get back there (release or not) to try more of their stuff.

Even Mo, Burning Down the House, Guttersnipe and Second Wave cans all in the span of a week?! Safe to say these guys are absolutely killing it right now.

Throw in the Money Mad Fat and Tanto release at Barrier too and what a time to drink on Long Island.

Impressive week!i wanted EvenMo, but couldn't get there before it sold out. Unfortunately their stuff seems to be selling out very quickly. Couldn't get Even Mo, my favorite sausage place was out of my favorite bratwurst and local bakery was out of my favorite cake! Overcrowding on LI, holiday weekend, either way getting tough to get the good stuff!
