Tired Hands (June 2017)

And what "street" did you hear this on? Personally I think if there was a shake involved they would have teased it by now, but I've been wrong before. Especially when it comes to Tired Hands releases.

 

Well, I hope you're right because if that is the case I would probably make the trip out there and Thursday is the only day this week I could make that happen. But I'm fully expecting a Wednesday release of Gatherer & Infinite Energy. Though a staple like Alien Church thrown in to keep the General Store stocked wouldn't surprise me.

Maybe it is a triple release Wednesday, not Thursday?

On Instagram they commented the release would be the "next sun cycle" which I imagine means next cycle of the sun, as in tomorrow.

 

I misinterpreted "Next Sun Cycle" as next Sunday on their Instagram. I agree they mean tomorrow.

 

Yeah, next sun cycle is tomorrow. Prepare the chairs now.

Today would be ideal, tomorrow I could probably get there by like 4:30. I guess it'll be worth a shot.

Going down the shore soon, wife switched up some plans and got someone to watch the kids so we could pick up beers tonight. If they knew they were going to release Thursday I really wish they could have said that instead of posting teases without a date...or annoyingly cryptic responses like "next sun cycle."

 

Any idea on a release next week? Can't make tomorrow's release but hoping to get to one next week. Hoping it's Wednesday

 

Based on recent releases, it is a crap shoot.... used to be Wednesday's and Thursday's on holiday weeks, but they haven't necessarily stuck with that.

 

Thanks, Nick. Will keep my eyes peeled. Itching to get to another release but I'm not sure I'm ready for a milkshake line.

 

They can barely tell us what day this weeks release is on and you want next weeks information? Ahahahahahaha! (sorry, not meant as a personal attack, just a funny comment)

 

I've usually been chill about being annoyed by their marketing/communication methods. I know they don't "owe" me to stick to a certain date but I really did plan my week around the chance there's a release tonight - even made a reservation at the Ferm. They don't need my money - someone else will buy the allotment I would have bought and sit at that table at the Ferm - but it still sucks that they make it so difficult to plan things ahead if you have a busy life.

For example, Other Half announced their Saturday release yesterday. That's useful information for a person with limited time, a family, a job, a life, et cetera...

Hopefully they do indeed announce a release today, because we don't know for sure yet! But it's annoying they haven't yet.../endrant
