Try Duchesse de Borgogne. It is one of my favorites and its cheap/available. La Folie' is great as well.

Try it before you knock it. In many ways, they are far ahead of Russian River and others. You won't be disappointed.

Well I just cannot pay that much for most beers and its out of my budget to have 2 750 bottle shipped to me. So I won't be trying it unless its on tap for cheaper and I visit the source.

Gotta pay to play, and they are no more expensive then Russian River.

Yeah...so if you're bugging out on price then american wild ales and sours probably aren't gonna be your favorite past time cause they're all spendy...

For some cheaper alternatives try Ichtegem's Grand Cru, Duchesse De Bourgogne, Rodenbach Classic, Monk's Cafe Flemish Sour or Verhaeghe Echte Kriek/Echte Kriekenbier. They're all mass produced though and taste nothing like the stuff from Russian River and not even close to the small batch stuff from Cascade.

I can spend some dough for sure but always weary as the more I get into something, the more it costs. Just like any hobby I guess.
