Darkness Day Eve events

    I havent seen a post on this yet this year. Anyone know where and what the DD eve events will be and what beers will be flowing? Cant decide if I want to participate in any of it this year. Didnt last year and am kinda kicking myself for it.

    Aside from that, anyone know if the Embassy Suites in Brooklyn Park runs a shuttle service to or from Surly for Darkness Day?

    Also, Ill be bring a bunch of Schlafly Pumpkin and a bunch of other STL brews with me. Just saying!

    Stub and Hurbs had a great event last year Friday night. Hopefully they'll do it again.

    I hear the "Biglobo's table tasting" is absolutely phenomenal. All the locals will protest, oh and half of Chicago, and maybe some Califonians.

    I looked them up online and nothing is updated at all. I remember last year they atleast had a countdown on their website for DD.

    There is a 100% chance i stumbled on over to that giant table last year and enjoyed some deliciousness, but that was saturday morning and I was already feelin frisky. Not as frisky as the real cool dude that passed out and pissed himself (I hear you go blind from pure awesomeness if you mention his name)

    I cant say this enough. I will have a table close to the front. Come up with a great attitude, something to share (doesnt have to be beer, could be snacks, could be a massage table, could be a snot ton of water, could be good jokes and stories) if you contribute, you will be welcome with open arms. I am hosting a couple of BIFS, so look in that section to see if your interested in the box BIF or the secret bottle BIF. Also, Olympuszyrmigus is doing a sour bottle BIF as well. My best advice, participate and you will have a good time. As the saying goes "If you cant be an athlete, be an athletic supporter"

    Stubs Darkness Eve is happening again...Tap List will be on the Facebook page today (with some holes still waiting to find what goodies Surly has for us). I'll post it here as well
