I already know OH are marketing geniuses(helps to have great product), but if this is true this just reaffirms their genius.

 

I sure hope they are at least double batches, maybe even double batches with half case limit on each. This is going to be a complete shit show.

 

It could be amazing if the taproom is open and they have separate lines for the beer, glassware and other gear. Watch there be no line for the beer and glass line lasts for days.

 

I didnt even think of that, but great point. How nice would it be if the can line was....just cans and all other merch was a separate line.

OH stouts always look good on paper.

 

I think their best stouts are brewed in collaboration with others.

No, but timing lines up well.

 

I think their best stout was Short Dark and Wired, not a collab. The Cane Life was such a letdown given the treatment that beer had been given. As many of these bottles as I've been burned by, I love these guys and will def try to get one of each of these. That someone else helped them gives me no extra hope it will be on par with the quality of their IPA's.

 

Side note: the only OH stout I have now is the cardamom IAL, which I think I'll enjoy if it has that weird flavor quality like Indra Kunindra which, frankly, I enjoyed.

 

I really liked SDW and was surprised how good it was after having SDH when they originally released it and not liking it..that said Maple Creamies is still my favorite stout OH released(esp when I had it fresh on draft..not as good from the growler I got), followed by SDW, and the Vanilla Cane Life

 

I came here to post legitimately the exact same thing, right down to your order of favorites. Weird.

 

I hope the 3rd one is called "Loaded Baked Potatoes."

 

SDW was very good, just found one last can in the back of my fridge. Might crack it tonight and pray the bottles last. Am I the only one that enjoyed Get Busy Livin'?

 

Quick question. Does anyone know if DDH Double Mosaic Dream released on 6/10 had can dates stamped on the bottom? Got 4 in a trade and none of them are dated. Thanks
