    While Gose's triumphant return is most welcome, we’d love to see more brewers offering a traditional version, too.

    Dr. James DiNicolantonio "The Salt Fix" came out very recently, saying we do not consume enough salt. The rap against salt was outdated or bad science.

    Indeed.

    Though fruited Gose is a trend that I can actually get behind.

    very much so. We crave fat, we crave salt. Those salted nuts, a good thing particulary if celtic sea salt or Himilayan. Either get it from a good source, or it comes out unfortunately in bad ways (ie. cake). The salt studies revisted show sugar as the culprit. Ah hah!

    Sixpoint Jammer is an excellent modern American Gose more like the traditional style.
