So do the lower allotments mean smaller batch size or an attempt to get the beers in the hands of more people?

 

What's the canning capacity now that OH has their own line? IIRC the mobile canning capped up around 800 cases

With the 2 4pk limit on the pale ale, I can see everyone buying it. I'd also venture a guess that it won't be a double batch with the small allocation.

Wait, can we get back to talking about the "beer haul" instagram people. I'd really like to understand the psychology and economics behind this phenomenon.

 

The only reason I see tonpost a "haul pic" is to let people know you have beer to trade.

 

that logic would make sense to me, but then why do the same people post this shit week after week? Assuming they trade it, wouldn't that mean they get the same amount of beer in return? Do they have livers of steel?

Sadly I realize this has been discussed as nauseum so apologies for bringing it back up, but I just feel this topic is so oddly interesting.

 

That's one thing I've never understood. If you trade even then you're getting 8 beers back or whatever the deal is for every couple 4 packs you trade. Even if you buy a case and keep a 4 for yourself then trade 2:1 you still get 10 beers back. Assuming you only bought one case lol. These are all 6-10% beers. HOW is it humanly possible?

My only explanation is sales. Doesn't have to be in a beer shop either cough eBay cough paypal cough IG deals. And I'm not accusing anyone. But seriously, HOW else??
