Noon Whistle charges like $16 for crowlers, loved seeing that Corridor was only $11.

Got there at 4:15-ish, had two 4-packs in my hand within 2 minutes. Easy peasy, in and out. Looks like a neat place, wish I'd been able to stick around. At $17, I view these as the equivalent of buying 2 crowlers for 8.50 each, which is a pretty good price.

Rolled in around 1pm and the limit had already been taken off. Grabbed a case of beers that I assumed would be awesome. Proceeded to the bar and confirmed through several pours that these beers are indeed tasty. Great first day. Loose Candies and Chem are awesome. Dusty is lighter but incredibly flavorful. Best of luck to More. Keep up the good work.

I didn't get the chance to make it out today, but huuuge props to @kdawgmoney for hooking me up.

As far as the pricing...unfortunately I feel like this is in line (or even cheaper) with what I expect nowadays. If it's some beer that I really love, I'm not sure it really matters that much in terms of a few bucks. We'll see what I think of the More stuff in the next week.

Finally sitting down with a couple of cans.

Loose Candies was pretty close to what I'd expected. The mouthfeel is just amazing, it's soooo soft but doesn't come across a undercarbed. After drinking a decent number of local NEIPAs, that is the standout quality of this beer (yes, I guess I'm a little weird). I don't know how Shaun does it, but it's completely spot-on with what I'd expect from this style. Taste is very citrusy with low bitterness, and the alcohol is dangerously unnoticeable. If you like the NEIPA style, this is a good example. It reminded me in some ways of Morning Fog, but this is clearly a step up. Don't remember enough to MF to say exactly why, but it strikes me as being in the same "family," if that makes any sense.

Chemical Connection is a little harder to define. it's definitely got some haze going on, but the aromas are more resiny than tropical. I'm a total sucker for anything rye, but that peppery/spicy kick isn't very prominent. It kind of appears as a transition from the mid-palate to the finish, and then it's just gone. If you'd given this to me blind, I'm not sure I would have pegged this as "NE-style," but maybe that just illustrates the lack of any uniform definition for these beers. I get the sense that this might be one to sit on for a couple weeks and revisit. Some vigorous swirling and a trip through my wine aerator really brought out the tropical notes, but pushed the rye to background. I like it, but it's kinda hard to wrap my mind around, and not the kind of thing I could drink on a daily basis.

I was in the area so I stopped in and lucky to get a seat at bar. The real winner to me was the farmhouse (Anything But Sassy). This needs to be canned. One of the best saisons I've had.

Overall, brews damn good. I wasn't blown away by Loose Candies, but Dusty and Chemical Connection were fantastic. For a first batch these brews exceeded expectations.

*Warning: possible differing opinion ahead* And it's totally cool if people don't agree.

Quick note about all three NEPA/NEIPAs: low carb on all of them, which very well could have been Shaun's intention. I didn't have a chance to talk to him, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was by design.

Dusty (NE PA, 6%): Pretty good overall. Maybe a little light on the mouthfeel and could use a use a tweak to crank up the taste, which could be due to the mouthfeel not carrying it through. A couple minor tweaks and this would hit all the right spots on my palate.

Loose Candies (NE DIPA, 8%): Green onion right off the bat in aroma and taste. My least favorite of the three. Having said that, I think the mouthfeel on this one is spot on along with the low carb. Really good representation of the style. Going to let this one sit a few days and try it again.

Chemical Connection (NE RyePA, 7%): My favorite of the three. The rye adds a different flavor, which I found out I liked when I tried Radio Swan by @BJP at FR a couple weeks ago. But the whole package of mouthfeel, carb, taste, etc...this one really works for me. Maybe some minor tweaks to add a touch of sweetness, but I would like to see this as a regular offering. Doing something different than just a standard NEIPA would be really nice to see to separate their offerings from other places.

Again, this is all for my palate. I can totally see what others are describing and whether they like something or not, so it's all good.

I'll definitely stop back in to try the draft-only options when I have a little more time. My wife is a big wheat beer fan, so I'll be interested in trying those.

It sounds like it was a successful first day for More, so that's the main thing and I hope they have continued success!

I was there last night at around 7:30. Loose Candies was long gone but the other two were still for sale. I didn't get a sense as to how much were left of those two.

I accept $17 NEIPA 4 packs, seems like a legit dollar a year increase on these over the years. I don't accept the big jump straight to $20 4 packs some people did.

I think people do understand the price per ounce of cans vs bomber, but I don't think you understand some people don't want to purchase over 50% more beer just to get there. You get more per dollar if you upgrade to a Supersized meal, but the long term cost of consuming 3 times more calories than you want is going to be a lot more expensive....

Has More posted their official business hours anywhere? It's not on their Facebook page and when you use Google it says:
    A user suggested these hours:
    Mon-Thu, Sun 11AM–11PM
    Fri-Sat 11AM–12AM

Just wondering if anyone knows if the above hours are correct? Thanks in advance.

Those are correct. Owner replied to someone under his regular Facebook account in the event discussion.

Though it would have been easier for them to say Sun-Thurs, haha
