Carton Brewing (July 2017)

I like it. I think it perfectly fits its name actually. I could drink it all day and still be able to walk while be refreshed. I saw a lot of people comparing it to Boat and being disappointed. I think that's pretty unfair. Two different beers. I like Boat better but I'll certainly keep buying Beach for that little orange zest summertime refreshment!

 

Does anyone know is Canoe and Rabaska are brewery only or if they will be seeing regular distribution?

 

Canoe and rabaska are awesome sipping beers. I could absolutely finish a six pack.

 

But do you drink 3 Canoe and then 3 Rabaska? Do you alternate? 2, 2, 1, 1?
So much pressure.

Canoe was a nice start to my golf round the other day. Ended it with some boat.

 

I switch between the two and boat, beach, dune and wit. But I'm in LBI for the week so every session is an extended one.

 

Looks like 07747 was added

 

And it is in the Randall with fruit salad gummies

Does anyone know who runs Carton's untappd account? Every single time I check in a beer of theirs, it always gets toasted by Carton.

well thank you. 5.5 years ago i tried to explain our off the beaten craft philosophy as a conversation:

Having decided they had something to contribute to the very exciting conversation going on in craft brewing, cousins Chris and Augie Carton teamed up and started Carton Brewing. In the seashore community where they were born and raised, the Carton boys found a turn-of-the-century red brick warehouse and adapted it to accommodate a state-of-the-art Newlands Systems 15 barrel brew house. 6 E. Washington Avenue was turned into an independent craft brewery and their hats were in the ring. Applying a passion for stimulating flavor to inspiration found all around them, they set about their goal: to make tasty beer in the place their tastes were formed.

About to end my 100 day beer sabbatical. There was only one beer I could consider for breaking the fast: Boat.
