We are proud to announce the release of Singing Swans and PurPec. Singing Swans will be ready THIS Friday 7/21.
PurPec will be available NEXT Friday 7/28.

Singing Swans: Grisette du Merlot 4.6% Brewed in April 2016 with wheat and a touch of sea salt. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with Pennsylvania grown Merlot grapes. Racked off the fruit and bottled in July 2016, and conditioned in the bottle for one year before its release. Profound and intricate, yet ephemeral.
-Notes of citrus zest, ripe grapes, barnyard, unripe strawberry and ocean air.
Singing Swans is $18 per 750ml bottle with a limit of 2 per person per day.

PurPec: Oak Fermented Mulberry Ale 5.6% Brewed June 2015 in collaboration with our most neighborly brothers at Forest & Main. Brewed with the grist of an English Best Bitter and hopped assertively with American and New Zealand hops. Fermented in a plethora of wine and spirit barrels with a blend of Forest & Main’s foraged culture and our Magickal saison yeast atop locally foraged mulberries. Blended after nearly a year in the barrel and conditioned in the bottle for another year before its release. Lively, brisk, and hardy.
-Notes of big purple berries, grapefruit pith, honeybush tea, and musky cedar.
PurPec is $20 per 750ml bottle with a limit of 2 per person per day.

Know for sure they had 3, 4, and 5. Heard there were two bottles of 1 as well but they (obviously) were snatched up quickly. All were $40.

The only brewery that does Pina Collada anything well is The Answer. I sure hope its not that.

Either way, for these Sunday releases, how early do people start dropping chairs typically?

The chair bullshit is my least favorite part of Tired Hands. If you hang out there from that time then whatever it is your time. But to drop a chair off at 5 and then go back to bed and roll up at 11:45 is obnoxious. I miss the old days where people got there early and would hang out and it was more of a community experience. Oh well....

Oh, I'd bet there are locals that pop a chair out after midnight and go home and really get a good night's sleep.

Absolutely - I meant more of a beer community then the town of Ardmore

What's to stop someone from just stealing the chairs? Or moving a bunch and dropping theirs ahead of where it should be? This is assuming there will be some chairs and no people just sitting there in the very early morning. I've never been, but are Tired Hands fans just that honorable?

There is no honor in beer muling.

I always thought it would funny if someone came by in a pickup truck and just started loading the chairs into it. They could even say they were from the township and probably get away with it.
