Frost is going to can? I know Foam is, but I seemed to have missed that memo on Frost canning and can't seem to be able to find any info.

Any info is great info. Thanks.

Frost is only rumors as of now but it's the next logical step for them. I don't have anything solid that it's definitely happening but I remain hopeful! Maybe start out with small guest canning runs like Foley is doing.

To be honest, I remain hopeful as well. You had my interest piqued, though! I was hoping you'd give us a website or something, no worries.

I'm into fishing and not being allowed to take bottles down to the water can be disheartening. Cans of some of their lower ABV-ed stuff would be awesome!

Hopefully whoever is in charge of that "mobile canning unit" that goes around to these Vermont breweries, I hope they can get Frost on board that "canning train" soon enough.

And I've only seen Prospect in cans by Foley, is there anything out by them that I may have missed? Please say Skeleton Crew (lol, sorry I have a slight bias for that one).

Also, I would love it if River Roost started canning! What I've had is quite amazing and somehow I don't see enough of their beers in the Burlington area.

Greedy thing! There's little enough that makes it down to the south-central part of the state where I can get at it!

Burlington Stainless Forrest and Wizard I was impressed with, turned out to be the best cans I got during a recent VT trip.

lol, haha. But we both know that River Roost is legit! God bless those guys!

And whoever started that "mobile canning unit" in Vermont somewhat has the market cornered right now, I'm guessing they might be "banking" right now so if another "mobile canning unit" came in, perhaps some competition could maybe make this happen if River Roost and maybe some other brewers wanted to jump on this.

I'm guessing it's these guys, unless if someone else knows something else:

Actually, the more I look at this website, the more I realize that these guys weren't started in Vermont, they just happened to bring their business here.

I've talked to the guys at Iron Heart and they say that Frost wants to start canning but they don't have the physical space with which to set up the mobile canning line. Measurements were taken and options were discussed but it's just not possible at the moment. Nor do they have space to build their own, unless they buy more property or expand (both of which are great ideas).

If you like the Lost Nation VT Pils, you should get your hands on the Lost Nation/Bunker collaboration slightly smokes helles. Wow. I bought two four packs and am not regretting it. Two VERY underrated lager breweries.

Next time you're in line at Bissell reconsidering your life, drive the two miles to Bunker and enjoy no crowds, bag toss, and great lagers. People seem to sleep on Cypher as well, which results in more for me.

Smoked Helles? YES PLEASE. Bunker is one of my favorite Maine breweries, and them working with Lost Nation sounds freaking awesome. I much preferred the time spent at Bunker than the time spent at BB (and I wasn't waiting for cans at BB either).

Lost Nation rocks. Didn't love their Mosaic, but then again, I don't love that hop. Their Gose is one of the best I've had. Roll Away is spitting distance to the best IPAs in Vermont and their Petit Ardennes is a damn file Belgian Pale. Makes me think it's high time to take a drive over this weekend for some pints and a smoked chicken dinner.

Was up there last weekend and got some Rock Arts Mosaic in cans. Thought it was really really tasty!

Yeah - unsure if this is seeing ME distro with Bunker's footprint, so I'll keep my eyes open.

Most of you have listed beers I pretty much agree with. I definitely want to get in on whatever Hill Farmstead is canning.
