completely agree, see noon whistle. Took them almost a year to really hit their stride, and now they make very good beer in a variety of styles

The difference is this example is that Noon Whistle's brewer didn't have the acclaim as the master of the style when he took over.

    1) No one said he was the master of the style.

    2) Almost every brewer will take some time to adjust to brewing on an entirely new system.

1- Can we imply from your post or the people lining up at RAM in the middle of winter for can releases, I mean you are dreaming about him:

I'm not really sure what your point here is. He makes fantastic beer. That doesn't mean anyone said he was the "master" of the style.

    Keep tilting at windmills though.

"Master of the style" is probably hyperbolic, but he was absolutely considered the best or second best producer of the NE Style from this area.

Side Note series and Chaos 2017 might argue his NE beers aren't even the best thing he does. No knock on Juicy/NE slapper either. I rank them just as high as you.

I'm on the side of patience with proven success though.

I agree that his stouts are even better than his IPAs.

He was considered the best or second best from THIS area. That still put him behind dozens of other brewers so it's not really a surprise (or a knock against Shaun) that Forbidden Root and Corridor have caught up in the time Shaun wasn't selling his beer.

Oh I actually think the Ram IPAs we're super overrated. I just remember what his reputation was. I'm with you that the stouts were his best stuff

Per their IG today, two new IPAs on tap (guessing crowlers as well since there were crowlers of them in the picture), Tueka and Mozie. Dusty, Loose Candies and Chemical Connection still on tap/crowlers as well.

I was in and out pretty quick with a crowlaaaa (bill burr voice) of each new one. I will report back to everyone here on BA about whether this beer has changed my life or not. Cheers.

Tueka was good, but I'm not a huge fan of those hops. Mozie was pretty great. Also, new batch of Loose Candies beats up the original

Another ho hum offering. Nothing special. I do think he will have it dialed in within a few months though. I think I'm going to stop buying his IPAs until then.

I had mozie and loose candies last night along with the cheese curds and Nashville fried chicken. Beers were pretty good, food was really good. Excited to see the full menu when it comes out, color me impressed. Prices for food and beer were fair

I'm smack dab in between these guys and imperial oak, what a difficult decision.

Do they have an outdoor patio or is it all indoors?

All indoors for now. I think there are plans for an outside area at some point.

Anything new getting released this week or weekend? Had the Mozie and Tueka last weekend. Really liked Mozie (citra + mosaic make for a good combo). But I saw they had 20 lines for taps set-up, and they had 5 beers available on Sunday, so I got to imagine they will be putting out more beers soon. Not all 20 will be for More beers (some for guest taps I suppose) but I'm hoping more stuff will be coming out shortly.
