I said bill is a old buddy and he directed me to fresh lambda at liquor shed ,.. and a employee standing near said u must have case of lambda cause I just restocked it !!! Wu tang

 

Catdickranch was blown away by bitterbill generosity .. those two go straight to cd cellar .. For late late fall when snow falls on barbed wire ! Brews in that box fresh ... drink like lambda

 

This batch of lambda very good and younger than I have had it but it was filtered more than last maybe ? Mcgirt has the answers

 

lambda that came to co mid June with unfiltered haze western Wyoming .. 13% haze but like Neil said .. the harvest moon ..

 

Y the cellar sour was new to catdickrach but new sandiego sour co .. rodenbach is cd ranch stable.! I'm soured out .. more Melvin . Dub sack

We don't filter. We just got a bigger centrifuge=more beer. Nothing we brew gets filtered.

Right on ! I'm drinking a 2x4 with a lambda and the look is diff but the 2x is 7/14 date and lambda even fresher and very clean look with good head .. it taste bout like 11% and 2x is 10 with nice creamy head ..wu tang

 

Catdickranch thinks rodenbach should be in Casper bill .. for yrs I bought it San Diego and hassled my beer man ft c .. they finally delivered .. cellar sours is new cali so that's first run that area .. lot of time in there brews the framboise de amorosa one of better San Diego sours and rare barrel home sour home

The delirium tremens in tall boy four pack was a gift to wu tang family visiting the shed along with fresh Melvin !

 

I would have bought the Melvin on tap .. I had it at tap handle ft Colin's .. hop shocker I think .. it wa before funeral next door and just calming nerves .... try to avoid drinking driving
