You need to follow more corporate / customer service twitter feeds.

Whatever happen to that collab they did with creature comforts? Must of been over a year ago when that happen. Unless it's still sitting in barrels!

Seriously, stop following their responses on Twitter ASAP. It'll drive you up the wall. It's unbelievable.

Not really. It's just people asking stupid questions -- something that inevitably happens when you burn through thousands of individual customers each week.

People on here act like the person running their twitter (often Nate) should be getting hazard duty for saying "sorry, we're not sure about limits" twenty times each Wednesday. Wow, what a tough job!

Just because you know everything there is to know about Tree House doesn't that mean everyone does. Plenty of people don't know about the monthly BA forum post.

I agree with this, but when I first thought about going to treehouse I went to their website and browsed through the menu to find out info. I got most everything I needed to know in 5 minutes. It's more a twitter/millenial issue. Why do the work yourself when you can just pop a question and someone will answer it for you. Never mind that the same questions have already been asked and answered in the replies to a tweet. Pure laziness but that's what you get!

I don't think it's laziness, it's that actually using your website for up to the minute info is a rarity in this day and age. Going to a company's .com would definitely come after checking their twitter for me.

Complaining about one social media platform in a forum isn't going to change anything. If people here wanted to follow Twitter and read every bitchy comment, I'm sure they are doing so already.

Anyone else get an onion smell from the last batch of Haze? It dissipated when it warmed up a bit, but then I noticed a pretty strong fusel alcohol smell. Granted it's an 8.2% beer, but not something I've experienced before with Haze.

Production has clearly increased but limits are approx the same they were at Monson. It is looking like demand (i.e. number of customers heading to TH for beer on a particular day) has increased almost in stride with the increased production. I know this is still the first month of Charlton, but as others have said, TH seems to have a particularly eager customer base; I wonder if it has grown a bit as word continues to spread and Charlton has made otherwise leery TH fans (due to Monson lines/limits) come out.

Just trying to understand the thought process on this. Is it just simply trying to get the beer in more hands? If so, aren't we in for the similar line scene that existed at Monson until limits increase? If we're dealing with the same limits as before, regular customers will continue to visit at their old regular intervals, compared to if you go home with a case, you're less likely to be back for awhile. I'm just wondering what it is going to take to start getting less people to come per day.

I dunno. You think they're gonna need to go up to consistent 2000 case batches to start to eat into the number of customers visiting per day? I guess we'll all learn in time.
