Favorite Colorado IPAs?

Oh, and I am making a point of over-communicating the fact that the limit is low so no one is disappointed after making the trip. I would never hear the end of it in that case.

 

Seriously that is very much appreciated, I wasn't being sarcastic. Living in Colorado Springs, I have to weigh the trip vs the beer I will be coming home with and in this case, I don't think it is worth it (even though I am sure both beers will be fantastic) now that limits have been cut in half for both beers.

 

On the bright side, we're nothing if not spoiled for options here in CO, so Cheat Code Crowlers tomorrow at Cerebral is a nice consolation prize!

At open - 1 PM.

 

I'll still be driving down from Silverthorne tomorrow and will be in line when you open! Can't wait!

 

I'm really not as disappointed as I was before about being out of town this weekend in regards to the QDH Superfan and the limit of only 2 cans per. I gotta believe that the mule game will be very prominent with the low allotment though. Still my favorite Odd beer to date. Cheers to everyone that gets to drink it this wknd and thank you @rscot231 for keeping all of us up to date on the happenings. Happy anniversary!!

 

Tap 'n Handle had a great list of IPAs tonight... had the Blocks of Light from Outer Range which was really good, but couldn't stop drank'n that Destruct Sequence from Cerebral... getcha some!

 

They've never done QDH Superfan

 

There first DDH superfan release was actually a QDH.

 

Interesting. Can't wait to try today's release.

 

I got there at 4:00 and the QDH was already sold out. I aguews the mules were heavy?? Was pretty disappointed. So much for beer advocacy

 

There are 125 total allotments. That may even be over two days. You expected that to last 3 hours on the same day as another big release on a Friday?

 

Yes I did. Sorry I'm a working stiff and work 8 hours so from 1:00 to 3:00 didn't expect there to be a huge crowd that early

 

I got there at 12:10 and was 10th in line. Luckily I had one friend who didn't want his cans so I.got his but saw pictures from people with many more than that.

 

So you are admitting you had a mule? Had a friend that didn't want his cans so u got extra while others didn't get any? Cool. Beer advocacy at its finest like I said.

Ok I know a lot of what I said will be taking seriously so let me start by saying I'm a very sarcastic person. I was bummed I didnt get any QDH SF. But all the rest of the advocacy stuff was all jokes

 

120 allotments today. 48 allotments per session tomorrow.

 

If I can be honest here for a second. I think Odd 13 screwed this release up. Why try screwing around with a new tank on such a beer that you knew would be so highly sought after and your best release to date. Just my opinion.
