You need a permit to for eventbrite pick ups? That is ridiculous, do you have to get a permit for every stasis beer? Because we can pick those up during the week. Just seems ridiculous, if the city operates that way.

Just a quip meant to infer that we're (very obviously) out of space for the volume of beer we're now producing and the amount of guests interested in visiting.

We're committed to ensururing our neighboring businesses aren't adversely affected by our special releases, and that dramatically limits when we're able to host a major influx of all you glorious humans.

Long story long, we're all anxious to start knocking some walls down.

That makes more sense, you don't want to piss off your neighbors. Pissed off neighbors go to the city and then bigger issues come up.

Byzantine Vision is on tap at bar, crew didn't know about the infection and won't let me get sip to find out. Not going to spend $6 for 5oz to find out.

if your pour at the bar is infected they will 100% take care of you. stop acting like a child who has never been to a bar before. (i guarantee someone behind the bar has tried the keg and its fine)

It's kind of hard hard to believe the employees didn't "know about" the infection when they worked so hard to make it right with those who purchased bottles. With that being said, I'm sure Lindsay wouldn't have approved them tapping a keg without first making sure it wasn't infected.

I wouldn't hesitate getting a pour if you're interested in trying it, and as mentioned, I'm sure the staff would take care of you if anything tasted off

Just had a full pour, this beer would of been delicious without the infection. Shout out to @anvindr for pushing me to the fullest.

Honestly, if it wasn't for me opening bottles, like people should, maybe this beer would of taken longer to detect sour notes. #beerhero

sipped on STF today at bluesapalooza. was draft rather than bottle but really enjoyed it. that rum barrel makes a huge difference and really rounds out the strong ale and the coconut well. tastes more like a macaroon than last year, and i wasnt sure that was possible. didnt get much coffee but that might have just blended well. im sure it will be more prominent in the bottles.

I had last year's batch a few times (bottle/tap) and never got much more than a smidge of coffee (cold or as it warmed) at most. Not sure how a lot of other people got so much.

Forgive me if this has been asked here before. So on BL's special can eventbrite sales they only give you 2 days to pick up your order? It's usually Sat and Sun? Thx.

Yes ... and it's always on Sat & Sun ... hence my previous comment & BL's reply that they are working on a weekday pickup solution ... hopefully soon

I was outside working on the truck and totally forgot. Ran to the computer thinking I was screwed, then looked and 3 available to buy.. I guess people dont like coconut, rum or it being a strong ale and not a stout still. What a bunch of idiots to sleep on this..:grimacing:
