    I don't think people are pouring out of Beat the Clock at Bar A at 10pm to uber a few towns over for a Carton tap takeover. Those are the kinds of people out and about at 10pm on a Tuesday, not your regular working folk

    Heif is super unique and excellent. An OH style hop assault that leaves your teeth hurting from the lupulin, followed by remnants of Boaty Kolschy things, even a kind of bubblegum yeast flavor. Then smoooooth sailing to the finish

    SS Hief is good stuff... hoppy, hazy but still fits nicely into the Carton canon, with a crisp finish.
