If I were going this weekend, I would try to get there around 730ish. Last time ddh mosaic daydream was released it went really, really quickly, though that was the first time and it was opposite powdered cheese beers and a pils. All 3 other beers this weekend should be quite excellent so maybe nobody is loading up as much on that one beer and it (as well as the rest) last a bit longer.

Dropping some glassware tonight, I'm thinking a possible midweek release to go with it?

Last time DDH DMDD came out I got a growler only because of a mix up (but it saved me from that powder cheese crap so I tend to think it was a good thing). That was the best OH beer I'd ever had that wasn't for an anniversary. At 4.58 on Untappd it may be their highest rated beer.

My guess is that's a goner before 11AM. Thank god for growlers and good luck everyone.

Thinking of making the trip over tonight. How have the weekday releases been? I probably can't get there until around 6:15-6:30.

Not sure why they would why they would do a release the same night as their tap takeover at As Is. I'd imagine a lot of people who were planning on attending the As Is event will now go to this instead.

Agreed, I was planning on going to the event, and I'd like a teku. Now I don't know where to go, and theres some confusion as to when OH is selling glasses.

Thinking that may be the point... I was at As Is earlier this week and overheard some concerns about crowds, lines, overwhelming demand, etc. Can + teku release should help disperse the herd a bit.

As Is says that them and OH are selling the glass at 7, OH post is kind of ambiguous.

That wouldn't be bad if the glass folks showed up later so I can walk in at 5 for some Oh...

Right but I can see a lot of people walking in at 5 expecting a glass with their cans.

Kinda odd they didn't say a price per 4 pack in the post

    Midweek can release - cool

    Simultaneous teku release - sad!!

Yup, they added that after people asked. They seem to just want to confuse people lol

"As Is" is coping with the glass ordeal/hype via tickets

I think the ticket thing totally makes sense. For anyone planning on going directly after work (say around 5) imagine waiting 2 hours to buy a glass only for them to sell out to those that roll in right at 7...

People getting wrapped up in continuing cycle of teku glass acquisition, even sadder.

Yea, and this can/teku release at OH should help further. As Is releasing tickets for glasses at the exact same time that OH releases cans (and likely the same teku) should minimize the "line" that will probably still form on 10th ave.
