    One Bird, Two Stones is so unbelievably hop-saturated. Pure weedy Simcoe juice.

    Nothingness is super tropical, dank and fruity. All a modern hophead could ask for.

    Bumf is my favorite. I wax poetic about Troon's lower ABV stuff all the time - this is their best beer since Buried Without Your Funny Bone. Cerealey, lightly sweet, so easy to drink.

    Crowlers tonight? Checked instagram, didn't see an update. Haven't been to Troon in a few months, would love to get there when they have crowlers.

    seems like they are doing low-key announcements. 2 weeks ago it was posted to their site silently a few hours ahead of time, last week i think the announcement was either right as they opened or after they opened.

    but could always fill a glass growler if they don't have crowlers...

    Couldnt agree more about this. I was suprised that Bumf had the lowest untappd rating cause that was definitely my favorite, wish i got another 1 or two crowlers

    They just posted on IG that they are not open tonight and might only be open for a few hours tomorrow.

    Well despite saying a few hours, he then said 2-3. As in a single hour. Which is a likely a prelude to yet another shit show.

    • troonbrewingWe will NOT be open tonight, 8/11, but we should be able to open for a few hours tomorrow, Saturday 8/12. Tentatively shooting for between 2-3pm right now but I'll update this post with the correct time and beer info when we know for sure. In the meantime try to enjoy what's left of summer!

    It's worded bad. Seems he's saying they will open somewhere around 2-3 and then remain open for a few hours.

    Damn, was wanting to go down tonight. Think it'll be Rushing Duck for a couple 4 packs, maybe Troon on Sunday, can't make it tomorrow.

    Guessing he made some beer and there isn't much. Or maybe he made a lot of beer and there's a ton and he's gonna need more time to make crowlers.

    Going back to growlers might be a good idea until this crowler thing gets figured out. This just seems to be negatively affecting his operation in the past 3 weeks.

    Opened around 3ish. Dropped in just in case and they had just finished canning. Anyway, Egregious Editing Error, Nelson Sauvin big IPA (He's calling it a session triple ipa, lol). 9.2% I believe. Have at it!

    On for pours at Brick Farm as well? If so I know where my girlfriend and I will be having lunch tomorrow. Nice having this place ~20mins away.

    I was not in the tavern or restaurant today. Only the brewery.

    That said, looking at untappd I did see people checking Egregious in from inside the tavern. So I'd say your good to go.
