finally have time again to brew a 10g batch. What should I brew? I like doing one grist and splitting it.

My thought, an Oktoberfest. Half fermented at Ale temp with 3470 yeast and the other half fermented with a good lager yeast (suggestions) and actually laggered properly. Kinda want to see the differences.

    Any other ideas?

Partigyle. Five gallons of English Barleywine and five gallons of English Mild. That's what I'd do anyway, because you asked.

I like the Oktoberfest idea. But if it were me I would do two different lager yeasts so I could simplify my fermentation regime.

I like that idea. However, I don't have the equipment to lager more than one fermenter.

Stout around 8%, half age on oak, other half coco nibs or,

Hefe half with raspberries other half with peaches.
