I've looked around--what is Dave Doesn't Know?

 

Dave Doesn't Know has been a draft only beer so far (we've done maybe 3 kegs ever). It's former name was #DAVEDOESNTKNOW and it is Pi with coffee.

Excited to see how this next batch of ATB turns out. To get even more breakfast-y I'm adding rice and a boatload of maple syrup, plus increasing the alcohol a bit.

@Spider889 have you ever made a NE IPA? I usually think of Wolf's Ridge for traditional German styles, BBA, and sours. Curious to hear if you have any thoughts or aversions... I'm not pushing for anything; I just like hearing brewer perspectives on the style (e.g. Jackie O's staying away from it all together).

 

Breweries that do world class Doppelbocks and Rauchbier usually don't do NEIPAs.

 

The Florida moon at the last party wasn't NE but it was awesome

 

I am heavily considering it. Usually Saturdays are no good for me because I'm always training for something. This is the week after my marathon so the timing could not be better. Definitely going to pay close attention. Do you remember how much early bird was last time? I know it's tough to get but that's probably the only way I'd go. I can't do lines anymore. If I can convince my wife to drive, though, I could come down for just the taplist.

 

I think they were $50 before? But it got you breakfast and a 12oz bottle, and the most important part, it got you in early so you had a place to sit down.

But the way they are doing the early bird tickets is still being toyed with I think.
