Arrived at C&C about 6:15 and MD was already almost done for the night. Luckily got one of the remaining pours along with some bottles of King Sue - both tasting really good. For those who went to the Rubaiyat event, how were the surprise pours?

Ah, got it. Thanks for the clarification on bottle vs. draft. I figured the coffee Assassin was actually happening after reading Mike's twitter feed. Very jealous of anyone who gets to try it Hoping they decide to bottle that one day.

Looks like they brought SR-71 to go a long with coffee assassin, md, dragon, etc. I saw my buddy check in Assassin '14 but I'm not sure if that was from TG employees or from the share. The share list looked pretty crazy too.

If any fellow locked out thirsty-men that lost the lotto but whose wives won see a guy waiting outside in a brown Atomic Records Tshirt and a wierd curly mohawk thing, come say hi during the 12-3 session. I'm bringing a cooler of ice packs to keep my other ice packs cold.

Im curious as to the wives/girlfriends that won, if they don't enjoy beer (as my wife doesnt) what do they do with their pours that's included? Maybe smuggle in a funnel with a 12 ft hose attached and funnel it down to their awaiting men on the sidewalk outside the fence...lol.

The reminder email doesn't mention having to print it so I'm going to risk it.

    Requirements to enter event:
    • Arrive during the assigned time listed on your winning email.
    • Bring two forms of ID (Drivers License, Military ID, Passport, etc.) Any item a bank would accept, that will connect your name and the address you registered with.
    • $100 in cash

Email I got said you had to print it. I think it will be ok if you don't as I can't imagine they want 2000 pieces of paper but idk.

The first one definitely does, but the reminder doesn't. Doubt they will turn anyone away for not having it printed and if they do, I'll be the guy making a huge scene at the 8-11 pickup window.

Funny thing is the gas station across TG had cases of sumo, bottles of king, Sosus, pink xhops, fire, skull etc all there. Saved us a ton of time

One is paying a bit of a premium; nonetheless, if you don't have the cash or can't wait around for the public opening then go for it

... if Clark's reading this enjoy the Pils

Don't worry, they were already there, just had to run some errands or drink some beers... or something.

It goes fast. I was probably about 80 people back for morning session and got my bottles by 8:20.
