NBS BIF #6 Sign-up thread

No he said we could guess anytime until he got home, but if you waited to long you might miss the deadline. I guessed early so I didn't miss the window. Some might take the risk and get all the hints first before guessing

 

My wife and I will be taking a week long road trip headed north from GA September 1st. I will be doing a LIF box of beers I accumulate on that trip possibly mixing in some GA stuff dependent upon winner's locale. I was going to do the total mileage but @smanson56 beat me to it so here are the rules.
Whoever guesses closest to the sum of new breweries I try(not just actual brewery visits), new beers I try, and number of BA(not just this group) handshake ticks I make along way will win.
Entries must be received before we hit the road.
A little background info, my stepdaughter bought us a map of the US that is similar to a lotto ticket, as we travel to/through a state we scratch it off. We will start scratching at the VA line and look to scratch 13 states off our list.
Also, my wife is not a beer drinker so this trip won't be ALL about the beer. She wants to see historical sights so it will be a balance between the two. I know we will be in the Richmond area, possibly Arlington. I know Boston(Freedom Trail), Philly (maybe Hershey too), Atlantic City, Portland, then across NH and VT. Hoping to find some good beer stores and restaurant tap lists along the way as I know some of the breweries I want to visit will be closed on the days we are near them.
Maybe too much info but happy guessing either way!

It seems that the gods have allowed everything to line up so that the weekend of 9/2 my wife and I will me meeting up with @FFFjunkie (Dan) and his better half in Asheville. I am sure you are asking how this involves you guys, well we have figured out a way for 2 lucky people to get some beer!!! So this is how it will work, while in Asheville I will pick up some beer, enough beer for 2 lucky individuals. The boxes I send may also, at my discretion contain beers from SC or any other beers I may have at home or in my cellar. When I get back from the trip Dan will decide who the winners are no later than 9/8. I am sure you are wondering what you need to do to get one of these boxes well I have no idea, Dan will decide and let me know so that I can ship the boxes the following week. I am sure at some point Dan may chime in with some hints or clues as to what you will need to do, I have the easy part buy great beer!!! Good Luck!!
