Just had DDH Space Diamonds 4 weeks ago... the last month has been super focused on Galaxy seemingly.

Where's Mosaic Dream been?

 

I think this year's Galaxy harvest was pretty huge so Galaxy is in abundance. I was talking to one of the guys who works there and he mentioned they got a ton of Enigma hops so I get the feeling we'll see DDH All Enigma Everything pretty soon.

 

A whole month without any collabs doesn’t happen too often; a road less traveled on per se, unless I’m missing something

 

I'd be interested in trying Centennial for the sole purpose of doing a blind tasting with Bell's Two Hearted. As much as I love my hazy, NE-style IPAs, Two Hearted will forever hold a soft spot in my heart.

 

I'm stopping by now for a bit to try the enigma if any of you locals are around. I'm wearing a grey striped shirt. Say hi.

 

Double Mosaic Daydream from a few weeks back is tasting like straight juice now. So good.

 

ha only thing im disappointed is that ddh space isnt a midweek release. im pretty happy to gobble up some interboro mfu and whatever greenpoint is releasing without all the hype and savagery. kinda happy to see #linedudez, mulez, resellers and traders take a hit this release. hopefully its discouraging. i still wouldnt be surprised to see a teku dropped or some apparel.

 

I love the new taproom but I do have one issue with it; what's with the weak hand dryers in the bathroom right above the electrical outlets?

I like how the week after Other Half opens their tap room, my roommate becomes a god damn teetotaler.

Anyway, picked up growlers of Green Power and Mosaic Daydream on Sunday. Excited to try them out.

 

I dig the Enigma... a little fruity, a little sharp. If they have a bunch of this hop to use, i'm not complaining.

Citra Daydream was great, but I had buyer's remorse that I didn't grab the Mosaic instead.

 

Yeah, I'm a little underwhelmed by the CItra Daydream tbh.

I personally think All Enigma Everything is amazing tho, obviously pretty similar to Enigma + Galaxy but it's fun to get a straight hit of the Enigma. Something about the OH yeast seems to really complement this hop.

I actually got to visit the bells brewery/cafe and they had two hearted on tap that must've been super fresh or something cuz it was somehow 10x better than what i'm used to from two hearted and one of the better beers i've had. It had kinda this lavender taste going on. Will be curious to see if OH's one will be like that since it will also be super fresh. But yeah two hearted in general is one of the better go to's you can have

Never tried Cream Get The Honey. I love mosaic, and I do like honey. Any thoughts?

I may just go to this weekends release just because it seems like it might be an easy one.
