    I'm a fan of Schneider Weisse. When 'top quality' was a taste it would be applicable to all beers I've tasted from them. You have to like Weisse of course.

    Always bring some home from Germany when I have the chance.
    Going to try this Eisbock when I see it.

    Honestly, I've never been tempted to try a pumpkin beer but I was at the supermarket and they have a cooler full of assorted beers to mix into a six pack for $10.99. I usually just take all the Dirty Bastards. After getting the DB's I found a few others to try. so filled another six pack of assorted others.Since this Pumpkin Ale is from one of my favorite brewers I figured I'ld give it a try. There's a little pumpkin-ness to it but thankfully not too much. Actually it's nice.

    Nobody likes having beer and being media-social much any more, it seems. Was going to go backwards starting with a big dark beer, but then changed my mind as this one came with not having to go downstairs.

    These past two LvU beers have impressed me without grabbing my full attention. They've been really good solid beers. Cool enough so I went to be outside, and so far the bugs haven't changed my mind.
