Pumpkinator countdown

It's a staggered release, with output doubled from last year. I would be surprised if people don't get at least one bottle.

 

Got 6 bottles myself today. Initially, I only wanted 2 bottles, but I got greedy. A little inside knowledge for you Austin peeps, Wheatsville is getting a hefty amount tomorrow, probably break to the floors around 2 or so.

 

Man, I'm really excited to get home and try this now. This will be my first time having Pumpkinator.

I had some of the 2011 batch a month ago...it was magical lol, A little weak (from age I think) but it was easily some of the best beer I've ever tasted.

 

Is it sad that I didn't even realize Wheatsville had beer? Thanks for the tip.

 

yea dude, it's actually a well-kept secret. They had DR12 and Black Butte 24th Anni weeks after everybody ran out.

 

Missed out this morning and this afternoon. Need to find Some of this. Just want 3 bottles! 4 at the most!

I think of these bottles as something I want to enjoy. I guess, people only think of trades now.

 

This is the best pumpkin beer I've had this year. Tops DFH, Fat Jack, Schfly, Good Gourd, and Pumking by miles. The warming of the ABV and the stouts silky coating give it a pumpkin cheesecakiness (HA, my beer taste descriptions are awesomely lame).

I'm stocked up for a few days. Kings in Fort Worth is out, Whole Foods Arlington is still stocked from the GF's report.

Anyway I didn't have last years so I can't compare but DAMN this is tasty

EDIT: not only thinking about trades, I'll drink plenty...that said. I would never have tried many of the beers listed above if not for generous trades

Didn't get any today, I'll spare you ladies/gents the sob story, but tomorrow is another day. Whole Foods Kirby and Sugar Land are getting theirs tomorrow and I have some business in down town. Wish me luck.

EDIT: First world problems I know. Wow, reading my own words is kind of depressing.

 

Both Randalls in Kingwood had it after work. One had a limit of 2 and the other a limit of 4. They probably have more left.

Hello Dallas peeps. Just wanted to tell you that I have had the taste of pumpkinator. I'm like a pumpkin zombie now. Beware - I work from home and have stumbled across a fairly deep well of extra disposable income. I'm prepared to **** the shelves on Wednesday. Bwahahahahahah...

I like the stuff but I'm thinking if I was able to score 4 more bottles....I would be more than happy. Perhaps one trip to Total Wine / Specs since they are geographically close...then slip by Plano on my way home. I have to save some paper for the Rumpkin when (IF) it comes this way.
