I'd love to see places hand out numbered tickets at regular intervals during releases like this. If you can't get your mules there at the same time, tough luck. This isn't a GA seated concert, or restaurant, where you need to be with your friends. Show up and take your spot in the back of the line and be considerate to the folks who could get there early.

(early morning grouchy rant from someone who has no intentions of hitting up this release)

And any photos or descriptions of how the line is forming for those of us not on the front lines?

 

Everybody brought chairs, so it's hard to say how many. My quick count says 75 more in the past 45 minutes. That would put the line between 245-300. It's down the path and well past the landscaping place's wall.

 

FB comment thread just posted a few pics of the line- stretches so far down the Great Western Trail you can't see the end

Jesus. What is wrong with people. Its pretty obvious its going to be 1pp. Especially at this line rate. No rush in getting over there if 1 pp.

 

Wow. Can't get there until 10:30 and sounds like that may be too late.

 

Debating on showing up at 10....at this rate is probably get shut out

 

As I posted last night, More officially indicated last night on FB it's 1pp, so I agree. No rush except to try the variants. The people at the end of the line right now though prob are out of that range.

 

Someone counted and said it's about 265 right now

 

Sorry for the double post...same guy (must work here or know Shaun) said all 3 are really good (duh) and the maple was crazy good. The "small" amount of maple and coconut should be around 400 x 5oz pours.

 

Do numbered tickets work though? Why can't you go back and grab more for your late arriving mule friends? I think cattle gates are the best option, you leave the line you go to the back....

They're going to start marking people's hands in line. No idea about allotment yet.

That line is only slightly shorter than the Henna line .

 

Allegedly have hit 400 people mark.

 

Looks like this was wrong. 2pp to the early people in line.
