Shoutout to @KrajDoesBeer for the great hospitality tonight! Ghost Tropic v2 and Toro! are awesome and those berliners are killer! Keep killing it!

 

Must get more atomic child. It's so killer. Tony Fitzpatrick's art on the can is also phenomenal.

 

Just a quick update.

Right now and for this entire weekend we have on-

Where else can you get 4 NE style IPAs on anywhere within 100 miles? let alone awesome ones(i dont brew them so I can brag)

1/2 Barrel left of the All Inclusive Resort so that may last another or 2 as well! Pisco BW is running low- will be replaced by the Pipeworks/Interboro new collab when that runs out.

30 KDB Tekus to 22 BJP Hop thingie glass(profits go to charity so this is just to talk trash to @BJP about what glass is better.

we def love the new glassware so maybe shoot me a message if there is a style ya love and maybe it could be the new one!

just a heads up... the week of 9/12 is going to be a big one around here...

Line issues worked out? Buddy of mine was in there last night and couldn't get a growler of Toro. I was hoping to stop in this afternoon, if not tomorrow. Thanks Brian!

Man.... I have to return to do another full scorched Earth General Sherman visit... gonna be a long weekend. Of beer.

 

touché man, never heard of that...had to look it up. Even in IL. No wheels here in Chicago however, so for another occasion....

 

Hit up Forbidden Root again today, had to get another taste of Toro! which is just insane. I get no boozy taste at all from it. Just a crazy hop juice bomb. I'm usually not a fan of such high alcohol beers as I usually don't like the boozy hot taste from them, but this one is absolutely dangerous.

 

Was able to make it out tonight, unfortunately missed the chance to meet @KrajDoesBeer before he headed out. Great experience all around as usual though.

Had Toro!, Atomic Child and Night Moth. Grabbed a growler of Toro! on the way out. As others have stated its straight juice, unreal at 10%.

As a side note, All Inclusive Resort is delicious. Was all my wife drank and I was constantly taking sips. Straight hawaiian punch with nice sour finish. Would have easily grabbed a growler of this had it been available, please make it again and again. Phenomenal.

 

Damn sorry I missed ya man! Glad you enjoyed be beers.. I loved the POG beer too.. and we will def make it again!
