I hope not to complicate things for you, but the site lists 104 styles - if you're at 101 and cite only 2 styles as remaining, you're missing one...

It doesn't matter anyway. The day I get to 104 is the day NEIPA goes into the database. Wait and see.

I have completed all 104 styles and have been stuck at 49 states (missing SD and AR) for a couple of years - all this completed without any trading.

Years ago I looked at it and there were a few states that had only one craft brewery, or something like that, and the only way to get it would have been to have traded for a growler, which I wasn't prepared to do. I should look at it again, although maybe I'll set my goals higher and go for countries around the world - one from every country in Europe might be easy. As for styles I think I've got that covered but I never looked. Something to do!

Do you get lionbridge? Workmans compensation is a dark mild.

I'm working on both the states and beer styles. Currently at 37 states and 92 beer styles, but I've already knocked out happoshu which seems to be the toughest.

I've been thinking about this off and on. I have two states left - South Dakota and Alabama. I might get some South Dakota beers since I asked a friend who was visiting Iowa this weekend to check out area bottle shops to see if any SD beers make it down to Iowa. And, if so, bring me one.

I was thinking of flying to Birmingham this Fall.

We don't, but that one's been on my radar since I first heard about it. Do they bottle/can their stuff, or is it tap only?

Tap only, but they fill growlers. I don't know how often they brew it, but I don't think it's too hard to find.

Where do I see the states I have tried beer from? I know I have had at least 10 but probably more.

    Enjoy

I remember when Black Cat from Moorhouses was easy to find online and in Fort Collins. I wonder now if it isn't exported to the US anymore.

Does not list by states had to go through reviews to find out where they were and then list them. I then took map of US and marked them off.

If they don't have a brewery they don't count, and what was it that Frank Zappa said... "You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer."

Did you find Happoshu in Iowa? Where? I've got Hopposhu, Scottish Gruit/Ancient Herbed Ale, Sahti, and English Pale Mild Ale left to try. If I can get them in Northwest Iowa or Des Moines, it might be worth a trip.

The only South Dakota beer distributed out of state is Fernson, and then only in counties just over the border in Minnesota and Iowa. Might be in Sioux City.

The reason those countries would be impossible to find beer in is that due to religion I expect even having it would be an imprison-able offense - or worse. Nukes and Soccer are OK there, so two out of three.
