Jusssst wanna say, the stuff JO's has done with Lizardville in the past year or so have been amazing. Was able to grab Poly 1 and 2, BA Oro, Coffee BA Oil, Skipping stone, lots of others last night AND have a Poly1 on draft. Shit's crazy.

 

So freaking good!

The SP/JO Sour collab has been on the calendar forever. Been wondering when someone would bring it up and when it might get released.

 

I believe Brad has indicated elsewhere that it's actually a collaboration with Crooked Stave, not SP.

I'm a bit confused. I'm also trying not to be rude. Did you read the image posted, or click my link and read the image? I'm just confused if you understand that there is definitely a collab for a sour/wild between JO and SP, regardless of anything else involving JO and CS.

 

Up above, you mentioned this beer being on "the calendar" for awhile. I guess it depends on whether you're talking about the Jackie O's release calendar or something else. I was talking about the beer listed on the current year JOs release calendar as a sour collab with Side Project, which is in fact a sour collab with Crooked Stave (per Brad). If you're talking about something that's on some other calendar, I guess that explains your confusion.

 

I haven't looked at the release calandar, so I don't know if we are discussing 2 different beers. I was referring to the picture that Side Project posted. @beace will the Amis Pour Toujoirs (or another version of it) be released at both breweries?

 

Hope this clears everything up... The Side Project release, Amis Pour, is only being released at Side Project. There will be no Ohio distro. The SP/JO sour beer that was on the original calendar was a typo and is a Crooked Stave collab, to be released this year via Jackie O's. As of right now the only Side Project collab in Ohio is Appervation.

 

Thanks for the clarification. That makes sense why there was so much confusion.

We run everything through an alcoholizer now. Shits dead on, it was 11 last year....

Has anyone gotten a "hot" can of the jungle collaboration with evil twin? I've had a few, one with slight heat, but not knock my socks off unbearable like some of the reviews I've seen. Is it suppose to be one can in every 4 pack, or in general 25% are on the hotter end?
