A Chocolate Pumpkin: 50/50 mix of Young's Double Chocolate Stout and a Pumpkin Ale (preferably one with lots of spice).

Another nice mix (believe it or not): Lancaster Strawberry Wheat and Lancaster Milk Stout (courtesy of Lew Bryson).

    Cheers!

Hunaphu and Cascade Kriek was an excellent combo...
Subsequently I have heard great things from a combination of king Henry and Utopious....If any one can actually afford that combo

Waaaaaaaaaaay back in the deepest, darkest 1980s, the Front Street Pub in Santa Cruz, CA, was the habitual stopover spot on the brief bicycle ride from work to home where I would typically purchase a pint of their Lighthouse Amber and a pint of their Pacific Porter and then ask for an extra glass so I could mix them and thereby produce what was known as a mother-in-law.

If I could have one of these long-lost concoctions derived of two long-lost brews from a long-lost brewpub, lo, I might feel Young again.

Parabola and Zombie Dust was nice: 2 parts Parabola and 1 part Zombie. Started with 50/50, but ZD easily overpowered the Parabola.

I blended my growlers of Ephraim and Society#5 because I saw there was a keg of it at the last HF fest during the VIP event. I almost felt inclined to review it. I thought the Society#5/Simcoe pale ale blend I made a couple days before was better.

since there are not enough pumpkin stouts I usually blend my own.

Also, there use to be someone in my tasting group who was notorious for blending. He would keep a little of nearly all the bottles opened and then do various blendings towards the end. It was always fun to see if you can make a bad beer something good with a blend, or make good beers even better.
