Still incorrect. What did everyone think of the Pineapple Stainless? I liked it on tap. Bought a few bottles because I'm curious to see how it ages. Big pineapple, almost candied pineapple for me. Medium acidity. Nose was great.

 

I'm not charting every SSU variant, but goodness, they must have done 50-75 of them already. Surprised it didn't happen sooner. I'm down to try it.

I thought the bottles were awesome with a nice balance of flavors. As far as aging goes, I think they will age pretty well but I wouldn't take them further than a few years tops. The draft I thought was already a bit more sour and definitely more dry on the finish. Still packed that strong pineapple aroma and flavor tho which helped to balance it all out. Overall both are quite tasty. Looking forward to the others.

It was made specifically for Sab's so they will be getting the majority of it. I don't know how much they are planning on keeping around the shop. I seriously doubt it would sell out in the first few days anyway. It will also be on draft at a later date.

 

Small canning run for the pumpkin SSU. I'd give it a shot.
